First, the Colombian Film Law offers an attractive incentive by allowing a refund of up to 30% for film projects developed in the country. This measure is in addition to the financial benefits resulting from the low production costs, which are up to five times lower compared to other countries. This is due to the favourable dollar conversion rate and the inexpensive operating fees of the talented crew available in Colombia.
